01 How to Book and Pay?

 

- Click on "Apartments" on the menu

- Change the dates and number of persons and click on Search button

- Choose the favourite apartment and follow the booking process (Payment by Credit Card or Paypal) 
- If you prefer to pay Cash at the arrival or by Bank Transfer please contact us by contact form or at info@boutiquedomus.com
 

 

 

02 What is included in the rent?

 

- The Rental Apartment in Rome is rented completely furnished and fully equipped.

- Free Wi-Fi, Linen and Towls  are not alwais included, ask for more infrmation.

 

 

03 Long Term Stay Discount?

 

- If you want to book for a long stay please contact us, we have special rates for long term

 

 

04 What is the cancellation Policy?

- Up to 8 weeks no cancellation charge
- Less than 8 weeks no refund

 

 

05 How to reach the apartment?

 

The apartment can be reached by plane, train or car:



- Once you have made the reservation we will send you an email with instructions to arrive at the apartment

​- Comfortable and cheap transfers from Ciampino and Fiumicino airport are available. Ask for more info

 

 

06 What About Check-in and Check-out?


- Check-in:  Normal Check-in time is after 15:00 but We always try to be flexible if we can. 

- Late Check-in: After 8.00 PM there is an extra charge of 25€ and after midnight an extra charge of 50€

- Check-out: Departure time is not later than 10.30 am but We always try to be flexible if we can. 

 

 

07 What about documents?

 

At the arrival you will give us the photocopies of documents for all group members, since law requires your presence to be communicated to the local police within 24 hours from arrival. 

 

 

08 Is the apartment in a Limeted traffic Zone?

Most of the Rental Apartment in Rome are not in a Limeted Traffic Zone,  but ask about your specific apartment.
